What are Papanga hairbands made of?

Our hairbands are made of a special synthetic resin that offers a lot of advantages. The vibrant colors and superior elasticity can only be achieved using this material, which can also be found in many common items you use every day, like clothing.

Why should I wear Papanga hairbands?

Unlike common hairbands, Papanga hairbands offer a wide range of advantages you won't find elsewhere. Not only do they look cool, they also keep your hair in shape without damaging your hair. Because of its unique form and the characteristics of the material, Papanga hairbands treat your hair with the care it deserves.

It’s also very comfortable to wear. The special form, similar to a telephone cord, keeps your hair in shape without pulling on your scalp.

Do wet and dirty hairbands make you say ewww?

Papanga hairbands are dirt-repellent and practically never get wet. This is a huge advantage, especially when exercising or playing sports!

Why isn't my Papanga hairband completely round?

Each one of our hairbands are handmade. This means the length and the seam of each one may turn out slightly different than another one. Of course this does not affect the quality in any way.

Do Papanga hairbands break or tear easily?

The bigger models especially are extremely durable. They can resist tractive forces of several kilograms.

Why does my Papanga hairband have a seam ?

Because of its extraordinary form, it isn't possible to produce them without a seam. Every hairband is heat-sealed by hand.

Papanga hairband a bracelet?

You prefer to wear Papanga hairband as a bracelet? No problem! It looks cool, too, especially in combination with two or more colors. Just keep in mind that, after using it as a hairband, where it will be stretched a lot, it needs some time to regain its original shape.

How long does the shipping take?

We dispatch orders daily through Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes. You will receive your hairbands about two days after we have received your payment. If you order from outside Germany, you will have to wait about four days for your hairbands to arrive at your door.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is €2.20 for each order. If your order is €20 or more, shipping within Germany is free. International shipping is €3.90.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Denmark, UK, Luxemburg, Portugal, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Malta, Sweden, Hungary, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, France, Latvia, and Slovenia.

Do you also send to post office boxes and parcel stations?

Yes.

Do you also send to Hermes Paketshops (shop2shop)?

Not at this time.

Which payment options do I have ?

You can pay through bank transfer, Paypal, Sofortueberweisung or by debit balance (currently only in Germany).

What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation e-mail ?

If you haven’t received an e-mail confirmation from us within an hour of placing your order for Papanga hairbands, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there. Also check to make sure you spelled your e-mail address correctly.

If for some reason, you didn’t receive an e-mail, just send us an e-mail with your data and we will take care of everything as quickly as possible.
